Experience: Gustavo Garcia, EA, launched his accounting career in 2007 as an Accounting Assistant at AFI Services, Inc., quickly advancing to the position of Senior Accountant, where he served until 2012. With over 17 years of experience in public accounting, Gustavo specializes in bookkeeping, payroll, 1099s, customer service, management, sales tax, and individual and tax preparation services. His expertise spans various industries, including healthcare (doctors, dentists, medical spas), retail (gas stations, restaurants), property management, legal offices, and realtors, along with a broad array of other service sectors.

- Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences, International Business with an Emphasis in Management from San Diego State University.
- Accounting Certificate from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).

Experience: With over 17 years of expertise in the field of accounting, financial analysis, and taxation, Aaron Pallares Parada embarked on his professional journey in 2007 as an Accountant Assistant at BDO, a prominent International Accounting Firm in Mexico. During his tenure, he gained comprehensive exposure to various industries and specialized in Accounting, Audits, and Taxation. Building upon this foundation, Aaron transitioned to Corporate Accounting roles, including positions at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, where he honed his skills in General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Internal Controls, and Budgeting.
Upon immigrating to the United States in 2016, Aaron continued to excel in Corporate Accounting across diverse industries in San Diego, CA. In 2020, he joined forces with Gustavo Garcia to establish 360BKTS, a thriving accounting firm aimed at delivering accounting and tax solutions.
Educational Background
Aaron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC) and a Master’s in Business Administration with a major in Management from Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior (CETYS), both prestigious institutions in Tijuana, Mexico. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his participation in International School Programs at Universitat Politècnica de València in Valencia, Spain, and L’IPAG Business School in Paris, France, where he obtained certificates in specialized areas, further enhancing his global perspective and expertise in accounting and financial management.
In addition to his credentials, Aaron holds an Enrolled Agent License, granting him the authority to represent clients before the IRS. Furthermore, Aaron actively pursues ongoing education in accounting and tax matters, underscoring his commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments and regulations in the field.
